Refund policy

Every plaque is custom-made to order for your dog, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on a completed portrait. If your order arrives damaged, or something isn't right, email us at snoutsandsnobs@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right with a remake or a refund. Because each piece is individually made from your photos, artistic interpretation is part of the product.
