What is it, exactly? A custom engraved print of your dog, made from your photos. Roughly 6 by 4.5 inches, matte finish, with a stand. It arrives ready to display.

What photos should I send? A few good ones from your camera roll where your dog looks like themselves, same coat, same era, or take fresh ones if you'd like. At least one clear face shot is the main thing. Keep other dogs and people out of the frame, and skip the hats, bows, and costumes. Collars and leashes are fine.

What if my photos don't work? We'll ask for one or two better ones. If we can't get a photo that does your dog justice, and we can't reach you within 10 days of original order date, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. We'd rather return your money than engrave a blur.

Can I see it before it ships? No previews. What you see on this site is what you'll receive: same material, same finish, same style. Artistic interpretation is final.

Are there additional color options? For now, it is a standard Ash Grey. Stay in the loop for future color drops.

How long does it take? Each piece is made to order. Based on demand, average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Free shipping in the continental US.

Where should I display it? Indoors, out of direct sunlight. A shelf, a desk, a mantel.

What if it arrives damaged? If it was damaged in transit, send a photo of the damage and the mailer it arrived in and your order reference and we will send a replacement at no cost.
